Our office accepts all insurance plans that allow you to see the dentist of your choice.  Neither doctor is listed on any preferred provider organization plans or dental maintenance organizations.  If your plan has a list of preferred providers, you may still use it at our office in most cases.  Benefits would be paid at the out of network rate.  If you have any questions about your plan, please contact our office.  We will be happy to investigate and inform you of your available benefits.

Our office is happy to file your dental insurance claims for you and to accept assignment for payment.  You are required to pay any deductibles and copayments due at the time of service.
